Help-O-Matic LLC technicians use remote access software to interact with you and your computer. Once connected we can troubleshoot and solve practically any problem affecting a system.

The software utilized from Teamviewer and Zoom is verified and trusted. Please note that these tools allow Help-O-Matic's technicians full access to a customer's computer for computer repair, diagnosis, and end-user training.

Which option should I choose?

Quick Support provides one-time access to a computer.

Continual Support provides always-on access to a computer.

Unless otherwise instructed, please choose the Quick Support option.
